Manufacturer expertise as the basis for refurbishment
newen verified was developed jointly with the participating manufacturers and IBA – Industrieverband Büro und Arbeitswelt e. V. The manufacturers are member companies of the IBA and contribute their extensive knowledge of their products, their technical requirements and professional refurbishment to the standard.
Where repairs are necessary, only original spare parts from the respective manufacturer or its suppliers, sourced through authorised channels, are used.
